Have a conversation with Jackie, and you will quickly find that her passion is God. Not church, or religion...but God. Although she has attended church for most of her life, and has worked in the ministry since 1989, Jackie will tell you, God is the God of the universe, not just the God of the church. Although He is very present in many church services and Christian homes, He is also very present in the everyday lives of everyday people. “God was as much with me when I was using drugs, as He is with me as a Worship Leader.”

For the past 22 years, Jackie has served as Minister of Music and Worship Leader at Bible Enrichment Fellowship Int’l Church in Inglewood, CA. The teaching of Dr. Beverly “Bam” Crawford has given her a strong spiritual foundation, and knowledge of the Word of the God. It is Jackie’s life experiences, however, that have shown her the reality of His love, and stirred within her a deep desire to love Him back.

Between the years of 1984 and 1988, Jackie struggled with addiction to marijuana and cocaine. And her Christianity did not exempt her from the same weaknesses that plagued any other drug addict. She loves to share how God protected those children while in her womb, in spite of her drug use. “Not only did God protect my babies, and cause them to come out ‘normal’….not only did he keep the doctors from finding drugs in their system, and taking them away from me, but He miraculously made those boys into some of the most gifted, talented, brilliant young men I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing”

Davion (27), Daniel (26) & Sir Darryl Farris (25), now work together, along with their cousin Tiffany Gouché (T-Gooch), as a writing and production team called Woodwords Records.
